Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for delivering a warm, personalized experience to every guest at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. This role ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handles guest enquiries and complaints, and works closely with multiple departments to create seamless stays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service, including warm welcome, efficient check‑in/check‑out and ongoing assistance.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, services, promotions and local attractions while promoting hotel outlets.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Team, Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre and other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing, cashiering transactions and front‑office documentation in line with company policies.
• Ensure front‑office operations comply with hotel standards, health, safety and security requirements.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs and special requests to deliver personalized service.
• Participate in training, develop product knowledge and uphold service excellence.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and represent the resort with a professional appearance.
