Join Hilton’s Hotels team in Dubai as a Guest Service Agent Associate, where you will create memorable experiences for every guest by delivering warm welcomes, seamless check‑ins and check‑outs, and attentive service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process departures by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the POS system accurately.
• Share comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information to assist guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
