Guest Service Agent

About the role

First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Agent at Novotel Hotels in Dubai, you will welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle accounts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized service.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records using the Opera (or Opera Cloud) property management system.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Prior experience in a 5‑star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant certification.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or Opera Cloud property management systems.
