Instant Service Centre Supervisor – Dubai Business Bay

About the role

The Instant Service Centre Supervisor leads the Instant Service team at the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, ensuring prompt, courteous and personalised guest service in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Instant Service team, manage schedules, and provide operational coverage.
• Handle guest requests, enquiries, calls and messages via Opera, maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Process In‑Room Dining orders and monitor engineering, housekeeping and other work orders through MessageBox.
• Analyse guest feedback, drive service improvements and support departmental KPIs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work night, weekend and holiday shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English with a guest‑focused attitude.
