About the role
As a Guest Service Agent at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the warm, attentive service that defines the Minor Hotels brand. You will work in a vibrant, design‑focused environment, helping guests enjoy their stay and ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries in a helpful, Minor Hotels‑style manner.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa, health club, and promotions.
- Take personal responsibility for service quality and attitude, ensuring delivery meets the highest Minor Hotels standards.
- Address guest satisfaction issues promptly and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively suggest alternatives that enhance the guest experience.
- Develop harmonious working relationships with all hotel departments.
- Participate in hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training to improve professional skills.
