Guest Service Center Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Center Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, delivering the signature Anantara hospitality. You will anticipate guest needs, answer inquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s standards of warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly using the PBX and front‑office systems.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of room types, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa, health club, and promotions.
• Take ownership of guest satisfaction issues, follow up, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to deliver seamless service.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and hotel events to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• College diploma in hotel management or a related field.
• Previous experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to suggest innovative solutions for guests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PBX telephone systems.
• Experience using front‑office reservation and property management software.
