Guest Service Executive

About the role

The Guest Service Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at The Meydan Hotel, delivering personalised reception and concierge services within a luxury hospitality setting. This role ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handles guest requests, and supports overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently using Opera Cloud PMS.
• Handle cash transactions, currency exchange, and financial reporting in line with hotel policies.
• Issue room keys while following safety and security protocols.
• Provide concierge‑style information on hotel promotions, events, local attractions, and services.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, special requests, and any issues during their stay.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and workspace.
• Ensure accurate handover of information between shifts and maintain confidentiality of guest data.
• Support other departments as needed to optimise guest satisfaction.
• Attend daily briefings, adhere to uniform and grooming standards, and comply with all hotel policies.
