Guest Service Operative

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Operative to welcome visitors, manage the reception desk and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role involves handling payments, providing information about facility services and delivering a high standard of guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcomed.
• Manage the reception desk, including taking reservations, organising bookings and renting equipment.
• Process guest payments and handle point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer data, record complaints and feedback, and report issues to management.
• Provide safety instructions, assist with facility systems and report faults to maintenance staff.
• Answer and make phone calls in a professional manner.
• Share information about available services and suggest improvements.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

Required profile

• High school diploma (desirable).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar guest service or reception role.
• Experience handling point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
