About the role

Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service to maximise guest satisfaction while rotating across various sub‑departments of the Rooms division as needed.

Key responsibilities

Deliver personalized service, handle guest complaints, and ensure follow‑up when immediate solutions are unavailable.
Maintain awareness of hotel services, facilities, promotions and apply upselling techniques.
Balance cash reports, perform opening and closing procedures, and secure voucher approvals.
Update room allocations, manage special guest requests, and maintain regular contact with long‑stay and suite guests.
Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.

Required profile

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
