H145 Instructor – Aviation Maintenance (Part 66)

About the role

We are supporting a large, government‑backed aviation organisation that operates and maintains a modern rotary‑wing fleet. The H145 Instructor will deliver classroom, field and on‑the‑job training for aviation maintenance personnel and help develop high‑quality training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, field and on‑the‑job training for aviation maintenance staff.
• Teach core subjects such as avionics, A&P, human factors, SMS, TAMMS, PPE, tool control and corrosion.
• Support the development, review and continuous improvement of training materials and course syllabi.
• Conduct trainee assessments, evaluations and remedial training as needed.
• Maintain accurate training records and collaborate with other instructors and training management.

Required profile

• Valid EASA Part 66 B1.3 licence.
• Diploma in an aviation‑related subject.
• Aviation Instructor certification.
• Minimum five years of experience teaching aviation maintenance subjects.
• Airbus H145 type rating.
