About the role

One&Only Resorts is looking for a skilled Hammam Therapist to join the Hammam team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional Hammam treatments to guests, ensuring a five‑star experience that aligns with the brand’s standards of luxury and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of Hammam treatments with precision and warmth.
• Maintain impeccable cleaning and grooming standards throughout the Hammam area.
• Deliver five‑star client care, anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Generate revenue through retail sales, upselling, and cross‑selling to other spa services.
• Collaborate with other spa departments to promote a seamless guest experience.
• Report directly to the Hammam Manager and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury Hammam or similar health‑and‑beauty setting.
• Strong background in health and beauty services, with a creative and dynamic approach.
• Passionate, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Hammam treatment techniques.
• High level of client service and communication skills.
