Hardware Supervisor – Industrial IoT & Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Supervisor to lead Industrial IoT hardware installation and commissioning projects across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. The role blends hands‑on field work with coordination of international teams, suppliers and technical vendors to deliver reliable industrial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support IoT hardware installation and commissioning projects globally.
• Coordinate field teams, suppliers and technical vendors.
• Design and integrate enclosures, cabling and hardware deployments.
• Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting of industrial IoT systems.
• Manage technical documentation, RMA processes and support workflows.
• Deliver training to partners, customers and field technicians.
• Support reliability improvements and resolve field issues.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Industrial IoT, electronics or hardware deployment.
• Strong hands‑on field installation and troubleshooting background.
• Experience with industrial devices, rugged systems or edge hardware.
• Supplier and vendor coordination experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
