About the role

Canary Club Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Hostess to lead its reservations and guest reception team. This on‑site position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the reservations and guest reception team.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Welcome guests and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth front‑of‑house operations.
• Uphold service standards in a busy dining setting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience as a Host/Hostess.
• Strong reservation and seating management abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest‑relations skills.
• Confidence working in a high‑energy restaurant environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of reservation system management.
• Familiarity with Dubai hospitality standards.
