Head Nurse (Arabic Speaking) – JVC HealthHub Clinic

About the role

HealthHub Clinic, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Head Nurse to lead the nursing team at its modern multidisciplinary clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The role requires fluent Arabic and English communication and is ideal for a professional currently serving as a Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or similar senior nursing leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of nursing professionals, managing daily staffing, scheduling and workflow.
• Ensure safe, evidence‑based nursing care, support physicians during consultations and procedures, and oversee medication management and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑control standards, patient‑safety protocols and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor clinical KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and promote a collaborative clinical culture.
• Deliver excellent patient experiences, support chronic‑disease management and health education, and respond to clinical incidents.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
