Head of After Sales – Commercial Vehicles (Dubai)

About the role

SPIRO SPECIALITIES is seeking a seasoned Head of After Sales to lead the complete after‑sales function for its commercial vehicle business in Dubai. The role demands deep hands‑on experience with heavy commercial vehicles (HCV) and a proven track record in service operations, spare‑parts management, workshop oversight and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end After Sales function covering service, spare parts, parts sales and customer support for HCV/trucks.
• Develop and execute an after‑sales strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage workshops, service centres, field service and technical support operations.
• Drive vehicle uptime through preventive maintenance, breakdown support and timely service delivery.
• Oversee spare‑parts planning, procurement, inventory, pricing, availability and distribution.
• Monitor service and parts revenue, profitability and cost control.
• Build and strengthen service and parts networks to improve market coverage.
• Set and track KPIs such as workshop productivity, turnaround time, first‑time‑fix rate and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, warranty and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Manage warranty claims, technical claims and service campaigns.
• Develop AMC/maintenance contracts and other retention initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop service managers, workshop teams and parts personnel.

Required profile

• Minimum 14 years of experience in automotive/commercial vehicle after‑sales.
• Strong background in HCV/truck service, workshop operations and parts management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Leadership experience with cross‑functional teams.
