Project Delivery Systems Coordinator

About the role

The Project Delivery Systems Coordinator supports the implementation, administration, integration and continuous operation of project engineering design systems throughout the project lifecycle. The role serves as the focal point for coordinating project systems, user support, configuration management, reporting and system‑related governance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily policies and processes to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate system usage, provide user support and manage configuration changes.
• Generate reports and maintain governance activities for engineering design systems.
• Assist in developing new systems, processes and tools, and troubleshoot issues.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory, project management or technical roles.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Octave Smart Plant systems.
• Experience with system‑related governance and configuration management.
• Proficiency in reporting and project engineering design systems.
