Head of Agency Operations – Traffic Management Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially‑minded Head of Agency Operations / Traffic Manager to own the day‑to‑day workflow, processes and delivery across our creative, social, production, strategy and account teams. This senior position ensures work moves efficiently, timelines are realistic and accountability is clear throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own agency‑wide traffic and workflow management across all departments.
• Design, implement and continuously improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Allocate resources, manage capacity and balance workload across teams.
• Ensure projects are properly briefed, scheduled and delivered on time.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve workflow issues and enhance inter‑department communication.
• Provide visibility on team capacity, utilisation and operational reporting.
• Support senior leadership with forecasting and resource planning.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in a creative, social, digital, advertising or production agency.
• Proven track record in traffic, agency operations, project or creative operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale agency processes from the ground up.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring operational/traffic teams.
