Social Media Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing wellness brand and lead its social media strategy, content creation and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms. You will bring the brand’s voice to life through storytelling, creator partnerships and audience‑first content that inspires everyday well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives brand awareness and community growth.
• Own the editorial calendar and produce a mix of wellness education, lifestyle storytelling, community‑led content and product features.
• Create short‑form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels and platform‑specific campaigns.
• Research, script, film and edit content that simplifies complex wellness topics.
• Engage the community through polls, Q&As, user‑generated content and manage influencer/creator partnerships.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, shares) and optimise content based on insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for consumer, wellness, lifestyle or editorial‑led brands.
• Strong storytelling ability with excellent English copy‑writing skills.
• Hands‑on experience creating short‑form video content from concept to final edit.
• Highly organised, collaborative and able to manage multiple projects with cross‑functional teams.
