About the role

Amadeus Business Consulting (ABC) is seeking a senior leader to head its Airports & Borders vertical in Dubai. The role will shape the value proposition, drive growth and act as a trusted advisor to airport authorities, border agencies and biometrics stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year strategy for the Airports & Borders vertical.
• Build and manage a pipeline that generates direct consulting revenue and influences Amadeus solution sales (ACV).
• Establish and nurture C‑level relationships with airports, ANSPs, border agencies and travel‑facilitation bodies.
• Collaborate with regional teams and a shared delivery pool to deliver consulting engagements and develop repeatable offers.
• Recruit, develop and mentor consultants and subject‑matter experts focused on airports, borders and seamless travel.
• Contribute to ABC’s overall strategy, operating model and cross‑vertical initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consulting, travel, aviation or border management.
• Strong track record of building revenue pipelines and influencing large‑scale technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high‑performing teams.
