Head of Assessment

About the role

A respected not-for-profit organisation in Abu Dhabi, focused on professional development, is looking for a Head of Assessment to lead and oversee assessment strategies so that they align with organisational goals. The client is a medium-sized entity and the role is described as permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement assessment strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Oversee assessment policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices in assessment.
• Collaborate with other departments to align assessments with organisational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assessment programmes.
• Manage resources and budgets related to assessment initiatives.
• Stay up to date on trends and developments in assessment and human resources.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders as required.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in human resources, education or a related field.
• Proven expertise in developing and managing assessment frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and its unique requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 432,000 to AED 528,000 per year.
