About the role
Alliance Events is seeking an experienced Head of Audio to lead its Audio Department, overseeing large‑scale live events and ensuring technical excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, train and develop a team of audio technicians.
- Plan manpower, equipment and technical requirements for multiple projects.
- Maintain technical and operational standards across the department.
Required profile
- Extensive professional live‑sound/AV industry experience.
- Strong people‑management and leadership abilities.
- Fluent spoken and written English; UAE/GCC live‑event experience preferred.
Required skills
- Professional audio systems, consoles, RF and networking.
- System deployment, technical drawings, schematics and signal flow.
- Audio design and troubleshooting/problem‑solving.
