Head of Business Development – GCC

About the role

Libertex Group is seeking a senior leader to drive its growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Reporting to senior management, you will shape the company’s expansion strategy within the forex and fintech markets, building high‑impact partnerships and delivering measurable revenue results.

Key responsibilities

• Own IB performance and growth targets for the GCC, ensuring revenue, volume and market‑expansion goals are met.
• Design and execute a market‑specific strategic plan that addresses opportunities and challenges.
• Lead, mentor and coach a team of Business Development Managers to achieve individual and collective objectives.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor departmental performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new partnerships while expanding existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, Compliance and other functions to align initiatives.
• Analyse partner and market data to uncover growth opportunities and optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development within the forex, fintech or related financial services sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering revenue growth in the GCC market.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with partners and internal stakeholders.
