Head of Commercial & Revenue – Rental & Leasing

About the role

The Head of Commercial & Revenue is a senior executive position responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, yield optimisation and digital‑led commercial performance across rental and leasing businesses. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the commercial conductor, aligning pricing, product, sales, marketing and digital channels with fleet and customer acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor the overall revenue strategy for both rental and leasing, including dynamic pricing and yield management.
• Lead retail sales strategies, track profitability across all B2C channels and drive customer acquisition, retention and upsell initiatives.
• Own digital revenue streams (website, app, portals) and optimise lead generation, conversion funnels and e‑commerce performance.
• Set brand positioning and marketing strategy, overseeing ATL/BTL, performance marketing, loyalty programmes and promotional campaigns.
• Manage partnerships with OTAs, aggregators, airlines, hotels and other mobility platforms, balancing volume, margin and dependency risk.
• Establish commercial performance dashboards covering pricing, yield, digital, sales and marketing metrics.

Required profile

• Senior executive with proven track record of delivering revenue growth in mobility, rental or leasing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, financially literate and KPI‑driven.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with Operations, Finance, Fleet, IT and Legal.
• Ability to navigate market dynamics, OEM partnerships and regulatory requirements.
