Head of Crypto Vertical (Business Growth Leader)

About the role

This senior position leads the creation and scaling of a high‑growth crypto vertical within a fintech environment. You will own the full profit and loss statement, drive revenue, profitability and margin targets, and build the business from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the crypto vertical P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing and margin management.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy for wallets, cards, trading, payments and related crypto products.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with issuers, processors, liquidity providers, neobanks, exchanges and other ecosystem players.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to shape growth strategies.
• Build and lead a lean cross‑functional team covering growth, performance marketing, business development, partnerships, operations and support.
• Establish clear team structures, KPIs, performance expectations and operating processes while coaching team members.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data and Marketing functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in fintech or crypto business development, commercial strategy or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record of owning P&L and delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit from scratch.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, comfortable working with data and market insights.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership management capabilities.
