Head of Customer Proposition – Sportsbook

About the role

The Head of Customer Proposition – Sportsbook will define and activate the customer cohort strategy that supports Momentum’s iGaming growth in the UAE. Reporting to the Sportsbook Director, the role bridges customer insight, marketing execution and commercial performance to drive player engagement, retention and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the customer segmentation and cohort strategy for the Sportsbook vertical, prioritising high‑value player segments.
• Translate behavioural data and insights into actionable proposition and campaign plans.
• Plan and activate major commercial and player‑engagement campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Performance and Lifecycle teams to embed cohort strategies into product development and execution.
• Define, track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all initiatives meet regulatory standards.
• Identify innovative activation approaches based on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Influence senior stakeholders to embed customer‑centric decision‑making across commercial planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic planning, customer segmentation and proposition management.
• Proven ability to turn customer insights into commercial strategies that drive growth.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, marketing, CRM and compliance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to optimise campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
