Head of Finance

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial function. In this senior position you will ensure excellence in reporting, budgeting, compliance and provide data‑driven insights that support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor performance, conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements and internal policies.
• Manage external and internal audits and relationships with auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, working‑capital efficiency and treasury activities.
• Assess investment opportunities, financial risks and cost‑optimization strategies.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and accounting processes.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial models, business cases and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial strategies, accounting principles, regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with financial software such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
