Head of Global Marketing (CMO) – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Head of Global Marketing will lead the worldwide marketing vision for a fast‑growing luxury hospitality brand. Reporting to the CEO and CCO, the role oversees a global team of roughly 200 professionals across Dubai, New York, London and other key markets, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Shape brand positioning and maintain consistency across all regions.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns that engage leisure and business travelers worldwide.
• Drive thought‑leadership initiatives, strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance visibility.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, operations, sales and customer experience teams to align marketing with business priorities.
• Manage, mentor and develop a dispersed team of 200 marketers, fostering creativity and measurable performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, travel or consumer lifestyle.
• Proven track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams and delivering results at scale.
• Strong expertise in global brand building, executive communications and integrated campaign execution.
• MA required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly competitive environment and influence senior stakeholders.
