Head of Healthcare Finance

About the role

The Head of Healthcare Finance will lead the financial performance, strategic planning and commercial finance activities for Al‑Futtaim Health’s growing network of community‑based outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and future hospital projects in Dubai. Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior leader will work closely with operational and clinical executives to translate financial data into business decisions. The role aligns with Al‑Futtaim’s values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity, and contributes to enriching the lives of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across clinics and other healthcare business units.
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to shape financial strategy and support growth initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial governance for multi‑site operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Provide commercial finance analysis for new service lines and hospital expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in healthcare finance, preferably in hospitals, clinic networks or similar providers.
• Previous senior finance leadership role within a healthcare organization.
• Proven ability to work with executives, physicians and operational managers.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of healthcare service delivery.
