Head of HR – Dubai

About the role

The client is a leading international organisation in the live events and entertainment industry, operating across the Middle East and global markets. Based in Dubai, the Head of HR will shape and execute HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, succession and talent development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, compensation benchmarking, annual reviews and insurance renewals.
• Oversee payroll, Emiratisation/Saudization programmes and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Support organisational change, employee engagement and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide strategic HR support to senior leadership, manage the HR budget and external partners.
• Strengthen the employee value proposition and continuously improve HR processes, systems and the overall employee experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, labour law and HR policies.
• Proven leadership, team‑management, coaching, mentoring and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Practical knowledge and experience in HSE is essential.
