Head of HR Operations

About the role

The Head of HR Operations will lead and shape the HR Operations function across the ADIB Group, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service for employees in all geographies. This senior position reports to senior leadership and partners closely with business heads to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and implement innovative HR policies, processes, and system enhancements.
• Manage UAE and GCC pension funds, central bank compliance, and national service matters.
• Oversee local and international medical and life insurance schemes for the group.
• Support international branches with HR guidance and regulatory inquiries.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes.
• Control the HR Operations budget and ensure cost‑effective service delivery.
• Draft, review, and redesign HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and coordinate fraud investigations with the Head of Fraud Investigations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Operations or related functions, preferably within banking or large multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, pension funds, and insurance schemes.
• Proven leadership ability with a collaborative management style.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead large HR teams and drive process automation.
• In‑depth understanding of HR policy development and regulatory compliance.
