Head of Information Technology

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Information Technology to steer our IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. The role reports to senior leadership and ensures technology aligns with business objectives while maintaining high system availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and security operations.
• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT operations, service delivery, and support functions to ensure system availability and performance.
• Manage enterprise applications, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and business‑critical technologies.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, risk management, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Establish and monitor IT policies, SOPs, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop internal IT teams and external partners.
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and technology projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technology management.
• Proven leadership experience in roles such as IT Manager, IT Head, or Infrastructure Manager.
• Strong experience managing multi‑functional IT teams and external vendors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
