Head of Investment – Hybrid (Dubai)

About the role

The Head of Investment will lead YooKatale’s investment strategy and portfolio management to drive sustainable growth and expansion. Based in Dubai with hybrid flexibility, the role combines strategic analysis, investor relations, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new investment opportunities across emerging markets and technology‑enabled businesses.
• Conduct financial and market analyses to shape short‑ and long‑term investment strategies aligned with the company’s mission.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial partners, and stakeholders, preparing proposals and performance reports.
• Advise senior leadership on capital allocation, risk management, and funding structures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic projects and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in investment, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance, preferably in emerging markets or tech‑enabled sectors.
• Strong educational background in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with high ethical standards.
