Head of Kindergarten – Dubai

About the role

Primus Private School is seeking an experienced and talented Head of Kindergarten to lead its early childhood programme in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences, and supporting the growth and development of young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all kindergarten activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective daily operations.
• Provide children with adequate support for growth and development through guidance, counseling, and relevant training.
• Maintain effective communication between students, parents, and staff.
• Ensure learning facilities are clean, hygienic, and safe.
• Monitor teachers and guarantee full coverage of the syllabus throughout the year.
• Set annual objectives for instructional and extracurricular programmes.
• Preserve academic and other school records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Practical experience in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of kindergarten and lower primary curriculum content.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Outstanding coaching and mentoring abilities for new teachers.
