Head of Marketing

About the role

Bamboo Card is seeking its first Head of Marketing to build and lead a global marketing function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape strategy, own the budget and create a demand‑generation engine that supports rapid commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive brand and demand‑generation strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels.
• Own the full demand engine: market segmentation, positioning, lead capture, scoring, nurturing and hand‑over to revenue teams.
• Develop and manage the digital roadmap, including website performance, SEO, paid search, paid social and lifecycle email.
• Build and manage an agency and freelance network to deliver content, thought‑leadership and campaign execution.
• Design and run the annual events calendar, selecting conferences, sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
• Set and track pipeline targets, ensuring measurable ROI on all marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a marketing function from the ground up, preferably in B2B or payments ecosystems.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing initiatives to revenue goals.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders such as CFOs, loyalty directors and developers.
