Digital & Media Support Officer (Internship)

About the role

The Digital & Media Support Officer is an entry‑level internship designed to give UAE nationals practical experience in digital content management, media coordination and basic marketing support. The role helps maintain the organisation's digital presence while building foundational skills for a future career in digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day digital and media activities including content uploads, updates and basic design coordination.
• Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and maintaining content calendars.
• Help maintain and update website content under supervision to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect digital assets, photos, videos and promotional materials.
• Assist in preparing basic reports on digital performance metrics such as engagement, reach and website activity.
• Support media documentation, file organization and digital asset management processes.
• Assist with event coverage preparation including media coordination and content compilation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Digital/Marketing team as assigned.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• High School Diploma (higher education in Marketing, Media, Communications or Digital Marketing preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in digital media, marketing support, communications or administration; fresh graduates welcome.
• Available to work 4 days a week, 5 hours per day.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with basic design or content tools (advantage).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
