Head of Operations for School Cluster

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a senior Operations leader to oversee a cluster of schools in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive consistent, safe and efficient school operations, aligning with group policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of operational initiatives across the assigned school cluster.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee risk management, sustainability and audit processes for all schools in the cluster.
• Collaborate with principals and school‑based operational leads to optimise service delivery and resource utilisation.
• Monitor financial performance, capital investment returns and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in operational management within an educational or similar multi‑site environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing large budgets.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk and safety frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
