Head of Procurement (Russian Language Required)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Procurement who will lead our sourcing activities and drive cost‑effective solutions for our premium bathroom product line. The role requires fluency in English and Russian to manage international supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and control the company’s procurement processes.
• Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy.
• Optimise costs and manage the procurement budget.
• Monitor delivery deadlines, quality standards and stock turnover.
• Conduct inventory analysis and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with logistics, production and finance departments.
• Lead, train and develop the procurement team.
• Prepare reports and analytics on procurement activities.
• Select, evaluate and develop suppliers, and manage negotiations.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial procurement role.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking.
• Strong organisational and systematic approach.
