Head of Project Finance

About the role

The Head of Project Finance will lead the firm’s project and structured finance function, based in Dubai. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee complex financing transactions for large‑scale projects and drive the development of internal best‑practice frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure and execute complex debt and equity financing transactions.
• Design financial structures for large‑scale projects and conduct cash‑flow, scenario and risk analyses.
• Advise clients on funding strategies and collaborate with legal teams, lenders and investors to ensure bankability and compliance.
• Develop and maintain internal frameworks, guidelines and best practices for project finance.
• Mentor junior team members and support business‑development initiatives.
• Contribute to regional and international market growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience designing complex debt and equity structures for large projects or corporate transactions.
• Exposure to cross‑border or infrastructure transactions is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High integrity, attention to detail and commitment to compliance and risk management.
