Head of Sales – Battery & Onsite Services

About the role

Our client, the UAE’s largest onsite automotive service provider, is looking for a Head of Sales – Battery & Onsite Services to drive commercial performance across inbound call‑centre sales and onsite vehicle sales. This senior, hands‑on leadership position will turn the service operation into a high‑margin selling engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall sales revenue, gross margin and growth for onsite operations.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for batteries, service packages, bundled offers and promotions.
• Lead inbound call‑to‑job conversion through script optimisation, objection handling and lost‑call recovery.
• Drive onsite sales conversion, ensuring technicians sell batteries, service packages, upgrades and add‑ons.
• Increase average invoice value, service‑package penetration and cross‑selling.
• Design and manage incentive programmes for call‑centre agents and field technicians.
• Develop B2B and corporate sales channels with fleet owners, insurance partners, leasing companies and dealerships.
• Lead, coach and develop call‑centre and field‑technician sales teams, set targets and enforce accountability.
• Oversee technician fleet management, route planning, vehicle upkeep and stock readiness.
• Monitor operational efficiency metrics such as productivity per technician, cost per job and same‑day job closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the automotive industry with deep knowledge of battery and service‑package sales.
• Demonstrated ability to transform service operations into revenue‑generating functions.
• Strong leadership skills to coach and manage frontline sales and technical teams.
• Experience developing B2B sales relationships with fleet, insurance and dealership partners.
