Head of Sales - Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the Performance Marketing division. You will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a high‑performing team while partnering with internal functions to deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define sales strategy, set revenue targets and forecast performance in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of performance‑marketing sales professionals, establishing KPIs and reporting structures.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing performance‑marketing deals.
• Identify new business opportunities, target key accounts and expand existing client relationships.
• Develop commercial proposals that demonstrate ROI and performance impact.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, influencer and technical teams to ensure proposals are operationally sound.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, providing insights to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in digital media, performance marketing, advertising or related fields with a proven record of quota attainment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and scaling a sales team.
• Strong commercial understanding of performance‑marketing channels and their KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level decision makers.
