Head of Sales – Voluntary Carbon Markets & EACs (GCC)

About the role

GREENIPATH FZCO is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive growth across the GCC region in the voluntary carbon markets and Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs). The role combines strategic leadership of the sales team with hands‑on management of a personal portfolio of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve commercial targets and ensure high execution standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for voluntary carbon credits, EACs and related sustainability products.
• Maintain and expand a personal portfolio of corporate and strategic accounts, generating new business opportunities.
• Build long‑term partnerships with corporate buyers, sustainability teams, energy consumers, traders and other market participants.
• Monitor market developments, pricing trends and competitor activity in environmental commodity markets.
• Collaborate with senior management to align sales activities with the company’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven track record in corporate sales within voluntary carbon markets, EACs, renewable energy certificates or related sustainability sectors.
• Experience working for a recognized industry participant or competitor.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Commercially driven mindset with a focus on results and execution.
• Existing network of corporate clients and industry relationships is highly advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on and outcome‑focused personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced international environment.
