Key Account Manager – Electrophysiology

About the role

Abbott’s Electrophysiology division is seeking a Key Account Manager based in Dubai to manage large accounts and drive market share for its full EP product portfolio. The role combines technical, clinical and commercial expertise to build long‑term partnerships with hospitals and key decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical electrophysiology support to physicians and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Identify sales opportunities, manage the sales funnel and negotiate contracts with hospitals and purchasing groups.
• Use data tools such as PowerBI and SalesForce to generate insights, drive business decisions and report to regional managers.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager, Financial Controller and Regional Sales Managers on margin improvement plans and strategic offers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in electrophysiology sales or clinical roles, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong negotiation and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior hospital stakeholders.
• Good financial and health‑economics knowledge, capable of building 360° offers and margin‑focused proposals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PowerBI for data analysis.
• Experience using SalesForce CRM.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
