Head of Shopper & Customer Marketing – Middle East

About the role

The Head of Shopper & Customer Marketing plays a pivotal role within Reckitt's sales team in the UAE, driving excellence in store (4P) execution across key customers and accounts. The role builds expert knowledge of key categories, shares insights with customers, and leads the development and implementation of category management strategies to strengthen brand presence and grow profit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop country/customer 4P strategy and tactics aligned with sales and marketing directors and the global 4P framework.
• Define and manage trade‑marketing KPIs and budget for all Reckitt categories in the UAE.
• Lead the Trade Marketing team and oversee category management strategies to increase in‑store presence, optimise assortment and promotional plans.
• Analyse competitive and customer data to shape long‑term trade actions and present category strategies to customers.

Required profile

• Strong commercial understanding of FMCG business issues and opportunities.
• Proven leadership experience in sales, trade marketing or marketing within an FMCG environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a recognised university.
