Head Waiter / Waiter / Hostess (Russian & Turkish speakers)

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic Head Waiters, Waiters and Hostesses for its luxury dining venues in Dubai. Candidates who speak Russian or Turkish (or both) and have fluent English are strongly preferred. The positions are full‑time and focus on delivering the high‑standard guest experience the brand is known for during the upcoming winter season.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide personalized, attentive service and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and management to ensure seamless service flow.
• Train, coach and motivate junior team members (Head Waiter role).
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements and guest flow efficiently (Hostess role).
• Uphold impeccable presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel or high‑end dining environment.
• Fluent English with strong Russian and/or Turkish language skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
