Quality Manager

About the role

As a Quality Manager at Conrad Dubai, you will champion luxury service excellence, turning guest feedback into actionable improvements and ensuring the hotel meets Forbes Travel Guide, Hilton, and brand standards throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hotel‑wide quality initiatives and coordinate Forbes readiness assessments.
• Analyse feedback from multiple platforms, conduct audits, and work with department heads to close gaps.
• Maintain the Quality Improvement Action Plan with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Partner with Learning & Development to address training needs and support service recovery.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior leadership on satisfaction, audit results, and improvement priorities.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and commitment to integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.
• Ability to inspire confidence, protect confidential information, and lead by example.

Required skills

• Experience with quality audit processes and service standards in luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency in analyzing guest feedback data from platforms such as Stay Experience Platform and ReviewPro.
