Healthcare Assistant – UAE National – Abu Dhabi

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support in delivering high-quality care to patients. You will assist with daily activities and basic care needs, enhancing patients’ quality of life and ensuring their overall well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Aides the patients with everyday needs and daily activities.
• Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides all levels of basic care, ADLs and Quality of Life nursing care.
• Reports all patient and family related findings to the assigned Registered Nurse.
• Actively participates as an integral member of the nursing team and carries out assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma in Healthcare Assistance.
• DOH eligibility/license.
• At least 1 year of experience.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
