About the role
The Heart of House Specialist – Cafeteria Attendant supports essential back‑of‑house operations at Marriott Al Forsan. Working across kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and laundry areas, you ensure clean linens, spotless dining ware and smooth transport of equipment throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain clean linen and dining ware for guest use, operating dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
- Transport dishware, utensils and linens between hotel departments while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning of kitchen, food‑service and laundry areas, moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to supervisors and follow all company safety policies.
Required profile
- No high school diploma or GED required.
- No prior related work experience or supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
