Helper – Lubricants & Grease

About the role
We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Helpers to support daily operations in our Lubes & Grease manufacturing facility. The position is full‑time and based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading of base oils, additives, drums, pails and cartons.
- Support blending, filling, packing and palletising activities.
- Assist operators during production activities.
- Perform labelling, capping and packing of finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production and storage areas.
- Follow safe material‑handling and HSE procedures.
- Assist with spill control and general plant activities as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
- Willingness to work shifts and follow HSE requirements.
