Hire Coordination Specialist – Sharjah

About the role

Aggreko is looking for a proactive Hire Coordination Specialist to join its Sharjah team. You will be the central point for contract lifecycle management and billing, ensuring seamless coordination between Hire Coordination, CSR, Operations, Logistics, Sales, Billing and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract and billing lifecycle, setting expectations and communicating changes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support the Contracts and Billing team to deliver accurate, timely contract and billing tasks.
• Oversee departmental dashboards, BTT reports and KPI tracking.
• Resolve contract‑related and billing queries, coordinating with relevant teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Validate new contracts generated from Salesforce to M3, reconciling proposals, pricing, purchase orders and revenue checks.
• Coordinate with clients on delivery, collection, hire start/end dates and required acknowledgements.
• Maintain hire coordination cases in Salesforce and monitor daily revenue variations.
• Manage call‑off contracts, master agreements, purchase orders, rate cards and LPO follow‑ups.
• Record rental and non‑rental revenue movements in weekly secured revenue reports.
• Participate in month‑end finance reviews and audits to confirm revenue recognition and contract compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service or contract coordination experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SF) – contract and case management.
• M3 ERP system – contract validation and revenue tracking.
