Holiday Homes Operations Manager

About the role

Golden Key Real Estate, a fast‑growing Dubai brokerage, is expanding its short‑term rental portfolio and seeks a Holiday Homes Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of holiday homes, including guest check‑ins, check‑outs and communications.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and third‑party vendors to maintain quality and compliance.
• Optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTAs.
• Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies and performance metrics.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and online reviews professionally.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in holiday homes or short‑term rental operations in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with DTCM regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field preferred.
